Welcome to Order High Command!
We are the world controlling masters of the Pokemon World, so named because we bring law, peace and structure to society. Order High Command is the home of our Senate and Castelia in Unova, is our beloved capital city.
How are Things Run?
We have a linear command structure through which orders are passed down through the highest authority to the Senate. The Senate will then adjust these commands and determine the best way to achieve the desired goal, usually by passing the completion of a task to an appropriate Massivo.
Gargantuans
The Masters of the Order, The Gargantuans are the ultimate authority in the Pokemon World. Their locations are unknown to all except a select few members of the Senate. They never show themselves in public and are spoke of in hush whispers of unadulterated fear and dread. Their commands are passed down to the Senate. |
The Senate
The Senate are a group of politicians who accumulate in the Senate Chamber once a week to discuss the commands passed down to them by the Gargantuans. The Senate is headed by Mesprit, Uxie and Azelf, who are the only people who know the locations of their superiors. Once a decision has been made by the Senate, an appropriate Massivo, (Or Largent, depending on the scale of the task) is chosen to accomplish this. |
Massivos
The Massivo's are respected Order Commanders who possess their own estate and are assigned an Order Army. There are usually two Massivo's per region, each governing over a very large area. They are tasked with dealing with commands passed down from The Senate and maintaining peace and Order Prosperity for their jurisdiction. Should they fail this task, they are subject to scrutiny and punishment. They are the most seen Order Leaders in the public eye, often hosting public events, announcements and speeches to maintain the Order's reputation. |
Largents
The Largent's are well known localized Order Leaders. They are often in charge of a small portion of a Massivo's jurisdiction and often work in conjunction with other Largent's and their commanding Massivo. They are given a small estate and often have a single garrison of Household Guards, although they can request additional soldiers from their Massivo. |
Punitive Measures
We do not take the breaking of our laws lightly and doing so will often result in punishment. The severity of punishment would depend on the offense.
We often use the following scale when determining punishment:
Category One
Category One offenses are not very severe and punishments are often delivered through the Local Largent. The degree of punishment is minimal and depends on the offense. Offenses include:
Loitering near Order Property: A person should never approach Order Property belonging to Largent's or Massivo's without apparent purpose or appropriate consent form. Punishment will often consist of being added to the Order's Yellow List or at worst, a week's community service.
Littering: Littering is absolutely not tolerated and if caught, will often result in a month's community service.
Lack of Voting: If a person does not vote in their local elections, they are subject to having their voting rights removed.
Accidental Vandalism: If vandalism is committed accidentally, a letter of apology can be sent to the Local Largent, otherwise a week's community service will be instated.
Category Two
Category Two offenses are of a slightly higher severity. Punishments are higher and longer lasting and may be dealt with by Largent's or Massivo's. Offenses include:
Vandalism: Deliberate Vandalism is not tolerated and will be punished by addition to the Order's Yellow List with a six month community service. If vandalism is repeated, the offender can be imprisoned for a short period of time.
Discussing Order Policies in Public: Order Policies should only ever be discussed with a Local Largent or Senator. Punished by addition to the Order's Yellow List and potential prison sentence.
Assault of a Member of the Public: Assault is not tolerated and will be indiscriminately punished with a short prison sentence and potential requirement to attend a correctional facility.
Category Three
Category Three offenses are of considerable severity and are often done with hostile and malicious intent towards the Order. These will be dealt with by Massivo's. Offenses include:
Theft: Theft from the Order will result in a prolonged prison sentence and addition to the Order's Red List, in severe cases, the offender may be enslaved by a Largent or Massivo.
Non-compliance of Command: Failure to comply with Largent or Massivo command or that of their soldiers, will result in imprisonment and likely enslavement.
Demonstrating: People who actively protest against the Order will be enslaved without question.
Category Four
Category Four offenses are of very high severity and are always done with malicious intent towards the Order. These will be dealt with Massivo's in conjunction with The Senate. Offenses include:
Murder: Murder of an Order Member or Elite Civilian will result in either life imprisonment, or execution (either colosseum execution or beheading)
Uprising: Taking up arms against Order Control will result in execution. The method of which depends on what will be most effective in preventing another such uprising.
Treason: Committing treason is a despicable crime and will be punished by public beheading.
Category Five
Category Five are the most serious and grave offenses possible. Punishments are unimaginable and are dealt with directly by the Senate, or in the ultimate circumstance, the Gargantuans.
Disclosing Gargantuan Location: This extremely grave offense will result in capture, enslavement, torture and execution. None of which shall be public. Death shall not be disclosed to friends or loved ones.
Rebellion: Active Rebellion is an unforgivable offense and all involved, whether man, woman or child shall be publicly executed once the Rebellion is quelled.
